One of the few British beers bottled with its natural yeast, to mature in the bottle. Stored at 12° (55F) its flavour will improve and last for at least 25 years. If the bottle is disturbed before drinking, stand for 48 hours to allow the natural sediment to settle. Pour carefully.

Omdöme: 2005-11-21 Detta är första provningen sedan jag köpte ölet färskt.
Det luktar ganska bra med mycket torkad frukt, men ölet saknar all kolsyra så det går knappt att uppfatta lukten. Avsaknaden av kolsyra gör att smaken blir fadd och kladdig. Jag uppfattar smaken av frukt och syra, men det blir oerhört trist och klumpigt. Potentialen har funnits, men det kommer tyvärr inte att bli bättre oavsett lagringstid. |
